Participation varies depending on each initiative. Some programs are open to everyone, while others may have grant funding, eligibility requirements, or referral guidelines. Our team is happy to answer questions, explain available opportunities, and help you determine which initiative is right for you.
EPIC is committed to creating opportunities that support individuals, families, and communities. EPIC Families is currently launching as our first Community Initiative, with EPIC Thrive and the EPIC Market & Resource Center planned to follow in the coming months.
EPIC Connect is expected to launch in September 2026 and will provide a new, centralized way to connect with EPIC Community Initiatives. Until then, individuals and families interested in participating in EPIC Families can complete the current EPIC Families Interest Form to get started.
Coming Soon! Joining an EPIC Community Initiative will be easy through the new EPIC Connect Portal. Once launched, you can use the Portal to explore available initiatives, express interest, complete forms, and stay connected with EPIC. You can also contact the EPIC office by phone or email, or visit us during regular business hours.
Coming Soon! Referring someone to an EPIC Community Initiative will be simple through EPIC Connect. Complete the electronic referral form, and our team will take it from there. If you're a community partner or provider, you can also let us know if you'd like to collaborate and complete any necessary documentation to support ongoing coordination.
