The EPIC Healthy Living Initiative encourages healthierlifestyles through community-based wellness programming, educational workshops,fitness activities, and collaborative health partnerships.

Participation varies depending on each initiative. Some programs are open to everyone, while others may have grant funding, eligibility requirements, or referral guidelines.Our team is happy to answer questions, explain available opportunities, and help you determine which initiative is right for you.
EPIC is dedicated to support of the community and currently has multiple initiatives for participants including EPIC Families, EPIC Thrive, and the EPIC Pantry. Joining an EPIC initiative is easy. Sign-Up for the New EPIC Connect Portal or Contact the EPIC Office via phone, email, or by walkins during regular business hours.
Referring someone made easy. Complete the electronic referral form. We will take it from there. Remember to let us know if you would like to collaborate and to comlete necessary documentation.
